Directions

Dear guest,

we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the highway A22 exit Trento Centro is closed.

You need to leave the A22 motorway from either Trento Nord or Trento Sud exit (depending on which direction you are coming from). From your chosen exit, take the SS12 bypass towards Trento and then take U6 exit. Now take the SS45-bis for Riva del Garda and, after driving through two tunnels, make a right turn for Terlago and Laghi di Lamar. Drive straight through the village of Terlago - mind the narrowings - and follow directions for Monte Terlago and then for Località Vallene.

Below you can find live mapped out directions from the SS12 bypass to the campsite:

Some guests with large caravans or RVs find it easier to avoid Terlago and its narrowings altogether, which can be a bit stressful when driving large vehicles on this road for the first time. To do so, when on the SS 45-bis instead of making a right turn for Terlago keep driving until you reach a village called Vezzano. On the traffic circle make a right following direction Ciago, then Covelo, Monte Terlago and, lastly, Località Vallene.

Below you can find the detour outlined on a live google map:

QRCODE COME ARRIVARE AL CAMPEGGIO LAGHI LAMAR PICCOLO

Laghi di Lamar

laghi di lamar

The Lamar lakes are a preferred destination for nature-lovers, hikers and fishermans alike - and with good reason!

Located directly under the Paganella mountain, the two lakes were once a single body of water and got split by a landslide in two distinct lakes: Lake Santo on the south side and Lake Lamar on the north side. They are both subjected to karstic phenomena - just like the Terlago Lake, located a few kilometers further up the valley.

Lake Santo is a very popular destination amongst fishermen and locals, drawn to it by the rife and unspoilt landscapes this location has to offer and by its quietness.

Lake Lamar has crystal clear water and is completely surrounded by woods and shimmering rocks, with the exception of the wide and grassed beach on its western flank. It's a popular tourist attraction featuring the perfect relax venue thanks to its green waters that are stimply astonishing - words can't describe it and picture don't do it justice.

The lakes are surrounded by vast fir woods, caratheristic of this side of the Paganella mountain group. Their unique beauty and popolous fauna makes them a popular attraction for nature-lovers, tourists and fishermen alike. This location is also used by hikers as a starting point for a number of striking routes reaching the Paganella peaks.
